Shipping & Delivery Policy (Digital Delivery)Last Updated: September 25, 20251) ScopeThis policy covers how access to our digital services, including live cohorts, recordings, templates, handouts, and other learning materials is delivered after purchase.2) No Physical ShippingWe do not ship any physical goods. All purchases are delivered digitally via account access, email confirmations, or links to our LMS/storage. There are no shipping charges for any purchase.
3) Delivery Timeline & MethodInstant or Near-Instant Access: In most cases, access is provisioned immediately after successful payment and account setup. You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps (sometimes within a few minutes, depending on the payment processor and email provider). However, for some of our recorded and live courses, we do manual verification of payment before we share the access and the materials.Email / Link Delivery: If your purchase includes downloads (templates, PDFs, worksheets), links are sent to your registered email and/or appear in your dashboard. If you don’t see the email, please check Spam/Promotions.4) Live Cohorts & Scheduled SessionsCohort Access: For cohort-based programs, we email calendar invites, session links, or community access before the cohort start date.Resends & Access Issues: If you haven’t received details 24 hours before the first session, email [email protected] and we’ll re-issue access promptly.Recordings: Where applicable, recordings are made available in your learner space after sessions conclude.5) Proof of DeliveryAccess logs (account activation, link clicks, file downloads) and delivery logs (email events) serve as proof of digital delivery. To maintain the quality and exclusivity of our services, we follow a strict no cancellation and no refund policy.1. General PolicyOnce a purchase/enrollment is made on kalyanighule.com or its associated social media handles(e.g. LinkedIn), it is considered final and non-refundable.We do not accept cancellation requests, whether for full programs, short-term workshops, or digital resources.This policy applies to all modes of payment, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or third-party payment providers.2. Why Refunds Are Not OfferedConsiderable preparation goes into every program, from content creation, assignments, and real-world case studies to trainer scheduling and learner onboarding.Once access is granted, learners may have received course material, schedules, or recordings, which are non-returnable in nature.Seats in live cohorts are limited, your booking prevents another learner from occupying that spot.3.
